When we place an order we ask for a specific location in the comment box.. that way when we go to do a Western Union order we have all the details laid out in front of us.

Agencies that are working with cash means, that in Ecuador and Russia we have special offices, where you can bring your cash for funding your ecurrency account, or where you can receive cash in exchange to your ecurencies.

About Panama - thanks Tiger872010, you are right. If you have account in Panama too, pls mention that where you will submit buy order.
