e-gold deleted my account . How can i get my funds back?

Hello ,

Today i was trying to access my e-gold account

and i got the msg Unable to login to account.
The account (XXXXX) or passphrase information specified is incorrect.

Then i tried to make spend to my own account

i got this msg Error(s) detected:

The PAYEE_ACCOUNT specified is not a valid account: XXXX

I have almost 3k on my account

I am sure 100% my password is correct

Can You please tell me how can i get my $$ back

have you contact e-gold support, i ever forgot my passphraseand e-gold has been phone me, and then give me temporary passpharse vie snail mail to my home.

its not password problem . its the correct password
i sent them email .

this happend to anyone before ?

e-gold often error. Today i cannot opened their website. They are not that good..

I dont think they can just delete account without informing. Seems to be a password issue.

congratulations.... i have two accounts with same problem...
i think this is most simple method to verify your identity - if you enter not a real info in account details - say 'bye-bye' to your money...
maybe some peoples from eg stuff make some money from with this 'error'?

ps - this is not a "virus attack or account hacking" - this problem goes from egold stuff. really.

so if the account info is not real . i cant get my $ back ?
and why did they do this ?!

i try to spend to the account it says
