Default I asked the question.

A few minutes ago I sent the following message to DXGold support :

Hi. there. There is a great deal of speculation as to wether this is a pyramid or 'Ponzi' scheme.

Are you a 'Ponzi' scheme in which the gains of earlier users are paid with the funds of later joining users ?

Regards etc
***********************************

I'll let you know what happens..............

Hi Stephen. Can you tell me something please. I have noticed for a while that you seem to think this is a scam. I know nothing about its history and I am interested in it. Can you elaborate a bit for me please pluggs on why you think it may be bent.

Thanks

Forget what anyone has claimed this to be, put on your best tinfoil hat and read their (on the DXGold site) terms and conditions. Thats a good start, its not where I started on the DD trail but its a good start.

I did ask them once how they can sustain the bonuses without new money coming in and they answered that they have "other sources of income" I assume they were alluding to the "LDX"s rumoured to exist. I suspect you will get a similar response.

Well it will be the same answer as everyone gets and it can be the only one they can give.
It cannot be a ponzi because a ponzi needs fresh money to pay the old spends.
And Your Ponzi theory ends their because your spend never leaves the E-Currency market.
And the newer money that is available or that is generated? comes from??? guess who!!!!...... you
I honestly gave you more intelligence than this Pluggy but I feel that your school job has diminished any intellect that you ever had.

The bonus are paid in DXG, so bonus DXG and portfolio gains can be monopoly (fictional) money...

if ALL DXmerchants outxchange all his DXG at the same time? what do you think will happen? every member will have his outxs processed? it's possible that all DXmerchants can take all his money out of the system back to e-currencies?

I don't think so...

And if everyone goes to the Bank and withdraws all their deposits what do you think would happen then.
They would receive the same reaction as you theorizing just now so the question is not realistic.

I was honestly expecting you to ignore this eagle, high moral ground and all that. You can't beat me, the best thing to do is ignore me and let the thread sink into obscurity.

Guess you can't resist a good argument. I know how the system works, the money stays in members ecurrency accounts. And the gains are paid from the members ecurrency accounts. You're paying my gains and I'm paying yours. Any arguments so far ?

Soon or later the bank will have have all the money to pay... (clear its investments, bonds, stocks, forex, etc etc)... the bank will need new accounts and new deposits to pay? NO. (at least a legit, audited bank)

can you say the same about DXG? no...
