First thing to remember - we do not administer the cards. With all
technical
questions you should contact Aussie Debit Cards at
www.aussiedebitcard.com
or technical support. The number for technical support is available
from the
above website also.
As far as we understand the "inactive" message means that you have not
completed
the ID verification yet and your online account profile has not been
updated. You need to e-mail scanned copies of your IDs to
service@aussiedebitcard.com. Then the "inactive" message should
disappear.

I have done this and my card is active.

I had it funded with e-gold 3 days ago, withdrew money without a single problem.
