This card cost 50$ + 100$ FedEx shipment. For Activation you need Front and Back Copy of TWO forms of ID (For example Driver license and Passport) + Copy of Utility Bill. "The documents must be verified as being true and correct by the overseas equivalent of a Justice of the Peace or Government employee." + Submit Form with all your detail that must be also signed by Justice of the Peace with stamp. Then you will send it by regular mail.

At final you will get card WITHOUT Instant loading and 5% loading fee for e-gold.. So I prefer VMI..
