Zydusnet hosting is getting bad!

Whats up with Zydusnet.com hosting these days? Their servers are always offline. Their support is becoming worse. Zydusnet used to be a good hosting but it is a bad hosting now.

I see Zydusnet admin Chris_J many times around this forum and he will clarify to you soon. Maybe Chris_J handles his 2000 clients alone or lack of staffs. But what do you meant by offline ? Down for days by overused bandwidth capacity? That's terrible for hyip business sites. Aren't the Zydusnet servers have antiddos features ?

We have a recent issue with one of our servers where the Cpanel auto-update messed up the MySQL server. This issue is unexpected for us & is beyond our control. We have already recovered the server & are currently restoring the accounts. We have kept the affected customers fully updated about the happenings. The slow ticket response is a temporary issue & is due to the fact that our staff are fully concentrating their efforts towards bringing the server online. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

After all Zydusnet is one of the best hosts I have ever seen supporting in this arena and so about the administration. I wish it would bring(continue) revolution for low budget secured hosting.

are you getting your servers from liquidweb.com ?

My site toledanoforex.com is on a zydusnet server and IMHO they are the best you will find.
Constant updates, superior uptime and courteous support.
No host is perfect but Zydusnet is close to it.

We are also have troubles with Zydusnet hosting now.
For the last 3 days our site was available only few hours.
At first(about 3 days ago) they wrote about autoupdate issue. Ok, I'm patiently waiting.
Yesterday they inform me that problem has been solved.
Ok. Few hours of work and .... httpd failed. Site n/a again. Few hours after that (ticket was sent) httpd ok but... MySQL version changed to old one and site not work again. (Table 'xxx' was created with a different version of MySQL and cannot be read)
Ok. I informed them about it and gone offline.
Today when I try to open our site it was not resolved at all. Now it's nameserver problem...
No answer to support ticket also.
P.S.Nameserver or httpd failed errors has been repeated every few days in last few weeks even before this downtime.
So I'm totally unsatisfied by their service now.
Now we are thinking about changing hosting to the good one. May be blockdos or something like this.

I think very important is to update custommers about what happend and when is it expected to be fixed.
