every web hosting will face trouble, you can't blame them for things that out of their control, i have very good experiences with zydus, and i still think they are the best in this arena... however as chris stated, problem has been fixed, great job zydusnet :

Our site is down again and its been down for about 3 days last week!!
We have contacted them and no response for over 12 hours now.

1. Zydusnet has a very slow support now.
2. Too many problems in their hosting this month.

I missed the good Zydusnet before but right now they are getting worse!! It is bad for the business.

First of all we apologize for the intermediate downtimes that is happening since yesterday. We are in constant contact to resolve these network issues with our datacenter. But, the current datacenter staff are not so responsive to our follow-ups. Unfortunately, a web-host can only be as good as the datacenter behind it.

It seems that the datacenter for NS200 & NS300 servers are not performing to our expectations. Our customers are our #1 priorities & we fully understand the importance of your business continuity. Therefore, we cannot leave you on the mercy of a badly performing datacenter. Therefore, we are gradually moving out all sites from the above 2 servers to other datacenters that we have. This may take a couple of days.

We will keep you updated as we progress everyday. For automated notifications of updates, please subscribe to this thread. Sorry again & thanks for your understanding.

And my two sites is down too!!!! and a few words about hosting2nv: it is down too. They use same datacenters. Their sites have the same design. Maybe chris and cyntia is married?

By the way, all NEW orders are currently routed to other datacenters. So, the outage for NS200 & Ns300 won't affect any new accounts.

i will waiting 5 hours again . if my sites not work
i will send 27.000 mail spam to all members work in Hyip . recommend not order anew site in your hosting

this days more more more problems . all my site already stay down 6/7 days

I do not recemmend zydus for your business because it's always offline!
