When you see these same signs again in Pips, you "suspect" it is the same thing - a scam and ponzi.

That is word SUSPECT , but not proof of any kind (never will be). Do not assume anything.

And there is no "proof" that PIPS isn't a ponzi, but time will tell for one way or another for sure.
Just think about this: You are runnning a legit business that could somehow pay investors, lenders etc.. 2% per day, but everyone was writing it off as a scam, ponzi etc. yet you have the means to prove it wasn't, wouldnt you??? It wouldn't take much for PIPS to "prove" that what they are doing isn't a ponzi, yet they won't! I wonder why? Now I know they could produce audited financial statements etc.. and it could turn out to be an Enron or
MCI, but the likelihood of that is small in comparison to the likelihood its a ponzi if they don't produce anything.
Do you honestly believe that they can pay 2% per day forever?? Do you really believe the BS stories that Bryan, and Gary give as to why they are 4 months behind!!!!! I don't know of any legit billion dollar businesses that are 4 months behind paying their investors, employees, creditors etc...

The fact that it is considered a security in the US, (do a search for my post from the Supreme Court Ruling), regardless of how Marsden may try to disguise it as a "loan" and the fact, that US citizens are investing their hard earned cash in this "Pie The Sky Award" winner, combined with the fact that NOTHING associated with PIPS are registered here as required by law makes PIPS a fraud in this country.
More states will be issuing C & D orders as will more countries. Why do you think First Curacao International Bank N.V. dropped PIPS like a hot potato or Why Marsden lies about EON's capacity limits.

Re: Beware of Dogman- Do NOT believe his posts
Can somebody please go over to the Pips forum and straighten things out. They seem to keep getting the 2 banks confused. There is one bank in the Phillipines and one bank in Cambodia. People keep getting their hopes up for nothing. The bank in Cambodia is the bank that Pips is supposedly going to own - but won't handle withdrawals right away and for knows how long. And not sure when open. The Phillipines bank is the one that is supposed to take over from FCIB when they close Pips acct on Fri. But they are now saying:
About Withdrawals
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>
From Take Action Now
Regarding the Philipines Bank:
I tend to think that this new Bank will hopefully trust Bryan and Believe in Bryan more because they can already see what he has done for their country in regards to giving the biggest donation for computers for schools. Bryan even gave more than the Goverment and a very good article was written about the entire event. So I guess this bank will probably cut Bryan some slack and work with him rather than against him. That is what I believe. Then I believe later on other banks will co-operate with Bryan more when they see he has his own bank.
We know, according to Garys latest update, that it will be (roughly) 30-60 days before it becomes operational.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>
So will be another 30 to 60 days before withdrawals start up again???
