I have ordered a debit card from a1exchangers.com on 12th November 2006, but it's been 3 weeks now and have'nt heard of them since.
Posted numerous complains on their "trouble ticket" but did'nt receive a single reply/response. No use emailing them, they dont give a damm. Secondly, their "online 24/7" helpline is always offline.
I fear I have been scammed $50. I just wanted to use this forum to warn other innocent people from being deceived.
I have filled up over 5 Trouble Tickets, emailed them dozens of times.. but no use... They dont have any "telephone" number, as a1exchangers.com guy keeps telling every1 on this forum, and secondly their "live support" is always "offline".
Can anyone advice me the course of action which I should adopt in order to recover my $50? Any legal websites or firms which can assist?
This is exactly the reason I trusted them.. did'nt give any importance to the "disclaimer" at the end of the same page on e-gold.com which says we are not responsible for the above companies except omnipay.
And the address is fine.. that is not the issue.. the issue is that since they have taken my money, they simply refuse to acknowledge that they have received it, nor do they provide me status of the order, nor are they responding to my trouble tickets/emails... A complete making of a scam...
I've ordered a Gcard instead.. atleast they are trustworthy.
