Playing Card Enthusiast Survey

Thank you for agreeing to participate in this survey. We are interested in your card playing habits and your purchases of playing cards. As our thank you for your time and efforts, each participant who completes and submits a survey will receive a free deck of cards. (Limit of one deck per person, while supplies last.)


In order to receive your gift, you must complete the survey and provide us with a name and mailing address (we'll ask for that information before you submit the completed survey). We value your privacy. Any information you provide to us will not be shared with any third party.
