If you think really hard, you can "create" your own content that is virtually Adsense Ready and it won't be an "MFA" site.

aren't those MFA sites? the only problem i feel with those sites is the content is common for all! i buy a certain category site and someone else buys the same too, our content will be the same. tough to promote these sites.
