The totals that you see represented for June are apx. $90MM.
Okay, so, let's look at what ASD is providing in the form of rebates. You can earn up to 125% rebates (your purchase amount plus a 25% bonus rebate).
Now, the $90MM purchased in June was all included in the daily "revenue share" on the day the purchases were made, so, that money is totally allocated. So, now the company has to generate, from multiple ways, $90MM plus another 22.5 MILLION dollars to cover the bonus.
This total of $112.50 Million can come from new purchases, GoDaddy Reseller income, Google AdSense, and other income the company says is available, occurring or possible.
Now, this $112.50 Million doesn't need to come all at once, in a day or a week or a month. But, it does have to come at some point to keep the company solvent and to avoid a stampede of redemptions.
In fact, if the company keeps paying a 1% / day average revenue share it'll take 4 months (give or take).
Okay, so far, so good, right?
Ummmm, where is that money going to come from? $112MM in four months is $28MM a MONTH. That's a lot of dough rey me folks.
Oh, but wait, the cheerleaders say. . . . .What about the monthly fees? Okay, let's do that. Let's say there are 30,000 people paying $100/month. That's $3MM a month in income. That's a far cry from $28MM.
Okay, so, how about more ad pack sales?
Sure, but, this is where it starts to get even uglier. Why?
Because the company only allocates 50% of gross revenue to the revenue sharing pool. So, for every dollar that comes in to purchase, only $.50 is allocated to the revenue sharing pool, to make a dent in the $112MM noted above.
So, let's take it to it's extreme. Let's say there is NO GoDaddy reseller, hosting, monthly fees, nothing. (I"m sure there are a lot of monthly fees, but, I've seen NO evidence of any income from ebooks or elsewhere).
Be that as it may, look what happens.
If the revenue share on the $112MM is covered entirely by new purchases there would need to be $224MM in new package purchases over the next four months.

They also say that they are incorporated in the country of Panama and that everyone must abide by the laws of panama (which is where most Ponzi Schemes incorporate) which basically has no real laws concerning Schemes. Panama is considered a safe haven.
GPS Tech was contacted(one of Andy's former companies) and they never heard of him. Google has contacted their Attorneys and are considering taking legal action against ADS for associating them without their permission or knowledge. Looks like the walls are crumbling!

Challenge: Cash out ALL of your earnings right now. See if you get
the check. I dare you. You won't lose any money, because it's a
