I know..I posted the smaller scams that have been around since I was a kid (loooong time ago) in response to the post:

"..I can't believe they're still around...."

Of course...this cannot be compared with the smaller ones..but they are related.

I mean...look at those god-awlful Storesonline folks that extort $2-3K from people. They've been around for many years..and still..people still fall for it.

In fact...I got one (one of their mailers) two weeks ago.

Although I enjoy going after the bad guys...it brings me no pleasure to learn how many people have lost X$ on this..none at all.

I would think that if you're getting sued by the attorney general, then you probably did something wrong...

Ohhh my. I just found the federal complaint..and it is quite a bit larger than the State AG one. However..as with many things that are posted on the internet..how can we know for sure this has not been modified?

Well..Federal court records are not free..they cost. You also must have a PACER account. I have one..just don't have the login info. Since I didn't make a new account..I have to wait for the login info via USPS..which is fine.

Although I cannot verify that this document has been altered..I certainly can verify some of the info provided.
