I think you shouldn't judge like that, arashk. You are not making money online nor do you know sh*t about eBay and Clickbank. You are in other words disqualified to draw such a conclusion. Furthermore, this is a forum. It can take a while until someone finally responds & answers your question.
I do not know what this ebook is about, here are some educated guesses though:
ebay's affiliate program - doesn't require you to sell anything.
Dropshipping also sorta means not having to sell something yourself.
So a guideline about how to make money on ebay without selling items is definitely imaginable.
On top of that: You do not pay the author of the ebook directly, a 3rd party called "Clickbank" handles that. So if this really would only be a "sales promotion", Clickbank would refund you your money, not to mention that Clickbank checks out ebooks itself & bans those who are scammy.

Umm.. Not to offend.. Just my opinion. If you are using dropship, it is still called "selling" right? Because you need to pay for some posting fees at ebay and show some one that you are selling that stuff althought you didn't keep up stock. But still you are selling. If dropshipping is not selling then how can someone bought the item hence you're not selling means you are not posting anything at ebay but still making profit. What do you think?

unfortunately, you can't sell ebooks on ebay. ebay outlawed this in march.
I did however see someone trying to sell my book on ebay, and is actually taking BIDS on it LOL. I'm just wondering when Ebay will catch on and take action against this seller.
Me personally, if that person is able to sell the ebook on there, then I'm going back into the ebay business as an ebook seller.
But I don't need to. I got my methods, and my ebay profit loophole method is one of them.
