oh wow Internet2Cash, you're premium? This doesn't sound good! I clicked for weeks and had 9 referrals and I've been waiting since June 6 for payout. I submitted a ticket and they claim they'll FINE me $1.00 for submitting any additional support requests to them. What jerks!
