it doesn't really matter because GDCA lost its reputation of honest service. they approve anyone and have no respect towards people's emails and requests. so don't take their seal for something serious.

^^I also browsed several forums for people opinions and found there as negative, so and positive posts. Inspite of the fact, that there are positive responses as well, I would not use it.
