well, new energy will be invented in future, i think the main energy in next 1000 years will be nuclear energy, and we will not depend on oil anymore

Yeah... having a nuclear energy is better then having III World War, because of Oil...

Uranium is unfortunately also a limited resource.
I'd place a bet on Hydrogen and (cold) fusion. In both fields the scientists are making some noticable progress.
