I received ACM email with attached documents. This is the email:

Please find attached a Partnership Commission Agreement (PCA) prepared for your company Tejarat Gostar Ghadir Trading Company. Please print, complete, sign and send two copies of this agreement to us by post, and we will sign, stamp and return your copy back to you.
Kindly add to the signed PCAs that you are sending to us a certified copy of the certificate of incorporation of your company (notarized less than 6 months ago) or an extract from the registry of commerce (notarized less than 6 months ago) as well as certified copies of documents authorizing you to sign on behalf of your company (or a document demonstrating capital share).
Please add a notarized copy of your Passport (displaying clearly photo, validity, and signature) of the "officer" of the company who is signing the PCA.
Please also include a copy of one of your company's utility bills (for example telephone bill, electricity bill, or alternatively a bank statement) stating your company's name and address.
Please use a courier service (if you're in a hurry) or regular post and use the following address (returning a signed agreement by fax is not sufficient):

I have also attached a Client-Agent disclosure statement which needs to be signed by customers (self traders) introduced by you. This completely eliminates any confusion as to who your clients are.
Further, I have attached a Limited Power of Attorney to be signed by your customers for whom you will be managing accounts.
And you will find a Commission request form attached for future commission payments to you.
