Well, what usually happens with this type of contest in other forums is that the winner of the supposed $10,000 dollars will be a "secret cheer leader" or "real life friend" or someone already in on the contest so that they claim to receive the money when the last person has posted.
That way, even though a thread says there is a $10,000 prize for the last person to post, it does not mean that someone will receive $10,000.
This contest is just being done for promotion and to attract traffic -- plain and simple. There is no money and this contest is biased.
The only way to make this contest legit is to give the money to an independent party and let them hold it until the winner is declared.
Aside from that, this contest is a scam until proven other wise.
