What is the problem with your site and Altergold -- shows you have 9166.88 in e-gold...UNTIL you select Altergold to exchange then it says ZERO e-gold....

You no longer taking Altergold????

Same thing with exchanging from Altergold to WMZ, says you have ZERO available.

But for other currencies: 30168.66 WMZ

I see he has over 15K in AG currency. It's probably enough for him. Not many people would want to keep big amounts in AlterGold. Even E-gold is safer IMO
