I just used them a couple of days ago, to convert, and they did it in a day. Seems like they are professional enough. Don't know about their other types of transactions.
Yea, I think that is a little long. If they can do mine in a day, they should have done yours by now.
I did another outexchange with them. This time it took 8 days to receive the completion email. However, after 2 days receiving that email which says money was wired, money has not arrived in my bank account yet. Should that be a concern?
Last time money was in the bank the same day they emailed me the completion notice. But this time they used a different bank. And they did not give me the wire reference as they did last time. I could not find the reference in the backoffice either.
Anyone experienced more than 2 days of wait after they said wire was processed? Thanks!
I'd like to add that they are absolutely USELESS,
i am a gold member with them and faxed passport, scans of my debit card the first time and they phoned me which was 3 months ago when i bought gold from them which took 5 days so you'd think this time it would be quicker.
No, they want to phone me again even though i have the same card and same details as i used 3 months ago, i've been waiting 3 days for the phone call,

I'm a 'Gold Member' and have been for some time and I move thousands with them weekly and have never ever had a problem with them. The service has always been fast and extremly professional. I think they are brilliant.

I've never had a problem with LGE either. I have always received a fast and efficient service.
