Please ensure your accounts stay active with an active monthly subscription, otherwise you will not be able to cashout on 1 June 2008 as all accounts without an active May 2008 monthly subscription will be suspended on 31 May 2008.

I have remove all banners and surf sites of P2P that are in circulation at Club2Profits due to new regulation imposed by P2P. All member credits are returned back to your accounts.

I have also clean-up all sites in circulation and sites with 0 credits are removed, dead sites are removed and credits are returned to your accounts.

Please resubmit new sites for approval and allocate at least 30 credits to your new sites. Site with 0 credits submitted for approval will be put On-Hold until credits are allocated.

I, Ubaid, finally got in touch with Roger who says he is currently overseas and will be back end of next week.

Roger said that Club 2 Profits would be placed On-Hold for a period of 2 months, and Roger said he will analyze the present situation and address the issue of compensation and payment when he return. As Roger has instructed, starting immediately, all upgrade options will be disabled until further notice. Site will remain to be up for member access; however, no surfing will be required from any members with immediate effect.

Since the investments are done by Rogerâ€™s advice, there is no point in my staying as a co-admin at C2P. It is better for me to leave any further investment to Roger, and he can refund members in the future. And since Roger always did updates anyway, he can continue to update members about the progress of refunding members.

Therefore, I feel it is very important that I resign any and/or all duties at C2P, in the best interest of my members at INS. I must focus my full attention on securing INS. I have always worked day and night to run my INS site, and now INS is on surf holiday. I am working non stop with my programmer to make my site secure from DDOS attack and planning for future. I have no time to manage any other site or do any other work because INS is my main site, and INS is everything for me, I donâ€™t want to break the trust of my INS members by overloading myself and being divided in my attention. Therefore I am resigning immediately and will only be involved with INS from now on.

I thus hand over all my responsibilities and 50% share ownerships of 30D-Ads and Club 2 Profits to Roger and wish him all the best in his restructuring of both 30D-Ads and Club 2 Profits. Hopefully he can turn both sites around some day and members will enjoy the fruits of their patience.

Roger says he will send out an Update when he return home from overseas assignment.

INS has been paying over a million per month or 40K to 50K per day for the last few months. The total active upgrades in C2P & 30D-Ads were merely enough to do one day payment for INS. So I would ruled out the possibility of opening other sites to supply the main sites. The idea of opening C2P and 30D-Ads was never brought up by Ubaid, his participation was mainly to help Roger...his long time friend and mentor....helping with Ubaid's name and the members base he has in INS. He also helped to set up and design both sites but not the decision making of where to invest or piggybacking. To my knowing, none of members money had ever left the net and went into someone's bank. Unfortunately most funds were lost in closed sites like FastProfitPro, The One Surf, Highlight Surf, Excecutive Ads, 14DHS etc. I've also learned that there are over $8000 in QXL (round one) and are waiting for refund as Jeff has promised. If I have to make a conclusion, I would like to say that all surfsites that depend on piggybacking to pay were doomed to fail from day one. In many cases their failure had nothing to do with their integrity or honesty, mainly was because there were no way they can sustain the high ROA they were offering and without real investment.
The Autosurf industry has came to a turning point, if people still have hopes or still supporting someone or some program which are operating with the same old pattern, good luck to them! For me, I would rather look into programs that could show proofs of their investment and are offering a lower ROA which sounds more sustainable to me!

Ubaid may be saving his face by resigning from 2 sites. I don't see anything wrong with that. There were big money in INS and I can understand what he was trying to do to secure INS. I do hope no one will lose any money with INS and I do believe Ubaid won't let anybody lost money with him. My money in INS appeared to be safe until now and I will keep my faith and support!

What needs to be addressed is the issue of member monies invested in Club 2 Profits and the future direction of Club 2 Profits. I have no immediate answers until I have the chance to evaluate and study all the investment history of e-processor funds from Day 1 until early May 2008 when all monetary activities stopped.

I will have a more detailed update this weekend when I am back from my oversea assignment. The important questions most members will want to know immediately are put forward below:

1. What will happen to Club 2 Profits now?

Club 2 Profits will be placed On-Hold for 2 months while I grapple with the impact of recent events that have derailed us. All upgrade options are disabled until further notice and surfing will no longer be required of members to earn.

2. Will I lost my monies?

No, you will not lost your monies and will be paid back every dimes plus earnings for what you have invested in Club 2 Profits. I will need time to evaluate the full financial consequences and come up with a recovery plan by this weekend.

3. What kind of time frame for receiving my monies back?

Until I fully understand the financial implications and impacts, I have generally no ideas on a recovery time frame, it could take from 2 to 6 months before all members are fully paid. But I do know 1 thing that need to be addressed immediately, the monthly subscriptions that members paid every month will be stopped and discontinued from 1 July 2008.
