Site is back and here is the new update from sister site Mysurfads.
Welcome back to MySurfAds everyone ! We've been down for only a week,
but it seems like an eternity.
First, I would like to thank each and every one of you for your
understanding throughout this troubling week. Although I gave out our Surf
With Doves contact
address for MSA members to reach us, I am grateful to say the the only
emails we received were words of support and encouragement and offers
of help. Bless you for
that !
As you know, the decision was made for a "one week's closure", first
and foremost because of Tom's critical injury. He was in a coma for most
of the week, and I needed to spend as much time as possible with him. I
can now thankfully report that he is out of the coma much of the time,
and is slowly recovering. Many, many thanks
to members who supported him with prayers and good wishes.
While the site was closed, we have moved PromoHaven to a different
server, and set up new domains for both MSA and PromoHaven in case the
attacks reoccer, so we can
quickly switch over. This entailed script relicensing for the new
domains so we'd be completely legal. Alex has also been manually extending
the plans of upgraded members on a case by case basis to compensate for
lost surf time, so no one is missing a single surf day. (This was a
difficult and painful task for him, entailing many hours of
work, and we thank him for his dedication in doing this for our
members.)
Now, on to the future !
As all of you are aware, the surf industry has been in a major turmoil
this past month, due in part to so many DDOS attacks on the Payment
processors we relied on,
and on the older surf programs. The attacks that forced down the PP's
had a domino effect on the programs using their services. Many of the
most respected and trusted
surfs in which we invested were also effected, and payouts to us have
been delayed, sometimes drastically.( Not to mention the big losses
caused by Tom's accidents, both
damages and medical costs, and the necessity of hiring a worker to do
Tom's ranch work). All of these costs were unanticipated, and
unavoidable.)
PAYOUTS:
We certainly plan to continue our payouts in the same timely manner
we've always done, but please understand that due to the above events,
some of the larger payouts
may be delayed while we wait for our own earnings from investments to
come in, as our offline ranch investment must for now be targeted to
cover the accident costs. We do promise however to do the very best we can
under the circumstances, and that everyone WILL be paid. It will just
take a few days longer in some cases.
As we can't alter the script to add compounding, people who would
prefer to compound your Pendings can send us support tickets as soon as
possible, to avoid being paid, and we'll compound it for you.
PLANS:
we have also taken a hard look at how our programs can recover quickly
in these tough times, and for MySurfAds these are the decisions we've
made for the continuing
health of the program:
The paid on expiry plan (7% for 17days) will be temporarily closed to
new invests, although it will continue for those who already purchased
until all earnings have been paid. The longerterm daily pay plans,
including the non-surf plan, will continue as before.
Please Note: The minimum cashout limit has been raised by $1 in order
to lower the number of daily cashouts, as I
still need to be with Tom as much as possible.
Finally, we do thank all members who have supported us through Tom's
accident and the program downages. We have appreciated your encouraging
words more than we can say !
Tom also sends his thanks for all your prayers. Because of you, he is
now on the long road to recovery.
