The laws i quoted are simple basic laws that would apply to any organization, even a kid can understand that, i don't need to explain.

I just said EMFnet is a registered company under the State of Nevada, never mentioned that it was gov incorporated company or government undertaken. lol

It's an incorporated body, so what ????

Incorporation is designed to protect personal assets of the stockholders, directors or officers of the incorporated body against claims of creditors and/or lawsuits.

It does NOT protect the customers or clients of the incorporated body.

Incorporation can be applied to business, a non-profit organization, sports club or a government of a new city or town.

Even your local residents association is most probably incorporated.
