News from MadzPoP Support‏

The guidelines set below are in effect as of 10/17/08 Please read thoroughly and carefully. There will be no exceptions. These guidelines will be updated as needed so please check back on this list often. Plan your cashouts/compounds ahead so that you do not exceed the maximum of 3 transactions per month. You cannot use the maximum of 3 transactions per month plus send in a ticket asking for further transactions to be done. This will not be allowed. If for any reason you miss cashing out or compounding on the 1st of the month, the only other option you have is to send in a ticket asking your funds be put back into your digital bank fund with a 10% fee. Please do not miss cashing out as this will take a big portion of your profits to put this back into your digital bank fund.

If you have changes or errors to be corrected in your account which having nothing to do with cashing out or compounding, be sure to send these requests in as soon as they are needed and do not wait to do it on the 1st of the month. For example, if you need your contact email address changed, DO NOT send that request in on the first of the month. If you send in a ticket with this type of request on the 1st of the month, your ticket will be closed with no answer or correction. Do not submit a ticket in Mpop for a request or problem with your PT account. The only exception to this would be if you cannot log into your PT account. After submitting a ticket, check back to your ticket area within 24 hours for an answer or to see if more information is needed from you. If there is no response from you, your ticket will be closed in 48 hours. If you have small amounts of referral commissions in other processors than the one you use, you can submit a ticket to have these transferred to your main processor cash balance once per month, preferably on the last day of the month. Any ticket sent in to have these balances transferred on the 1st will not be answered and the ticket will be closed. When you do a cashout or compound, it is FINAL. DO NOT click on the “HOLD” button because you have changed your mind and want to change your cashout to a compound or a compound to a cashout. Do not send in a ticket requesting that your cashout be changed to a compound or that your compound be changed to a cashout.

To increase security of the program we are changing how lost passwords are retrieved. Within the coming weeks we will be adding a security question to your account of which upon retrieving a lost password you will have to provide us the answer to this question. We will also ask members to include an address and telephone/fax number to which your password will be mailed to your address or faxed to you to ensure your account remains under your complete control. There have been too many instances lately to where people have lost their password 5 times or more and one incident to where the persons account was compromised. We know the old way with the link is quick and easy but it is also unprofessional and less secure because an attacker sometimes has the ability to get into your E-Mail account. Included in this new policy will be a $5.00 (paid via payment processor) processing fee for each occurrence. To avoid this from happening, we recommend downloading a safe program which we highly recommend called RoboForm which we will gladly provide you the link on our main page. With this program, your passwords will be stored and password protected. This program is highly secure and used by many government and banking offices. This program can also be used to backup your passwords to disc. More will be released within one week on this policy. It is also policy to have at least 1 (one) site in rotation to advertise. This is what the program is all about. If you do not provide a link, one will be provided for you by default. There will be no more advertising HYIP or autosurf programs within MadzPoP or any of our programs with the exception of Vlane Traffic and Cashlink Financial. Any other programs advertised will be suspended or deleted.

Effective immediately! If you are advertising MadzPoP to your friends and family please be sure to explain to them how the program works. There are too many tickets coming in that say “I have surfed for days and haven’t earned anything”. It turns out that they never upgraded their subscription package. We will no longer adjust your account if this happens. You referrals are your responsibility. If you cannot take the time to explain and help them with the program then you will no longer be their referrer and you will lose all of the commissions you have gained from their purchases. We feel that this policy being in bold in red color at the top of our main page is good enough for someone to see. If you are unable to control your links, please find alternative methods to which you can help your referrals. We will start holding people accountable. No exception will be made to any of these guidelines.
