I was a publisher at Revenue Pilot and spent a lot of time and money promoting their feeds on my websites. After about (3) three months I was at the cashout minimum of $25.00 and requested payment at $29.00. They deleted ALL but $0.62 from my commission and then said they do not pay out at that low amount.

Now here is where it gets really interesting. I then severed all ties with this company and requested that my account with them be deleted. There is NO way for an affiliate to delete their account from the members area. I also requested that they delete ALL personal information relating to me from their database, this includes, my name, mailing address, DOB, SSN, telephone number and email address. They replied "NO" and said that this is in their TOS. They basicly have my personal and private information as hostage. They then sent me (2) two emails wanting me to join a company they have partnered with, as if I would even consider that! To me this is spam, I have requested that they delete my account with them, but they wont. I have sent this information to SpamCop and they replied that I signed up as an affiliate and agreed to receive these promotional emails. I have also sent this information to FTC (Federal Trade Commission).

If anyone can provide me with additional information as to how I can get this company to delete my personal and private information and to stop sending me their spam, please post here.

Let me clean this part up a little. I meant that Revenue Pilot replied to SpamCop with that garbage. That was not SpamCop's reply to my complaint. Actually the founder of SpamCop is assisting me with this matter. However this will only get Revenue Pilot blacklisted as spammer. I really want to force this company to delete my personal and private information from their database.

we must think a way how to over come this... i think many people has this issue...now you have spend so much time promoting their web and know this is a spam but cant do any thing.. erm...
