Re: Solid Trust Pay Problem (Not solved)
I just called back to speak to "stella" who was still in phone calls and was said to be in phone calls all day, and that she would probably answer us "after business hours".
What a crock, if you provide phone support they should at least be able to help you. IMHO I don't think they were really expecting us to start a big hoopla, but after transferring them around 9k direct from account, I can't believe they have the audacity to do something like this.
We hope this will get settled very soon and it is just a misunderstanding between parties. But as of now still haven't heard anything then. "Send an Email"... Which I have sent several already...

If anyone here knows a direct way to get in contact with stella (as she seems always busy) on the phone, please help.

You may have to be patient you have an account issue obviously. So why would anyone else have to avoid STP? I can count on one hand the hoopla threads about stp over many years
I may be a lover of using irreversible payment gateways as a rule , but after them stp will do me

Well hopefully this is the case. I don't know but it was very pecuilar that my acct is suddenly frozen. I would actually say to avoid STP at the moment just for this issue. They have have frozen funds and aren't giving any reasons as to why.
Perhaps this is an isolated case , but IMHO if they can do this people need to beware. They could at any time declare any STP funds fraudulent, and reverse them after they have already been withdrawn -_- thats just not right.

So you got your payment and the exchanger is out the funds? That would seem to be something you need to address.

Yeah, we've addressed that already:
I finally got an email back from STP last night, didn't really give any more details as to what the heck is going on. The exchanger will not be out any funds of course, as soon as the situation happened we froze the funds till we could get word from STP on the next step.
They still didn't satisify any questions as to why the funds are "fraudulent" they claim its not my fault but another user, and they just "locked and banned me" for my security..
Waiting on more updates will post when avail.

Re: Solid Trust Pay Problem (Not solved)
If the funds you received were fraudulent then there is a privacy issue involved and basically it has not much to do with you.
If they gave you details then that would not be in keeping with the stated terms.
Still seems to me that while you have "frozen the funds" your course of action is to "return the funds". Any transferrance of blame is a cheap cop out of personal responsibility.
That's me though.

Of course those funds will be returned... why wouldn't they be? Thats besides the issue thats going on with STP. Out of the whole situation it boggles my mind that thats the only thing that you have seen?
Anyway --
I finally got some answers from "stella" herself. And $1600 of the "fradulent funds" were not actually fraudulent... but they were still removed from the exchangers account and are now sitting in another account that is NOT MINE.
Why didn't they just leave those $1600 in the account they belonged which was the final sending account is beyond me..
This whole time they have taken percentages of the ENTIRE amount transferred and around 3-4% at that.
So while the funds are "fraudulent" stp still profits from their being sent, rather convenient. All I know is after this ordeal I will be staying away from STP and recommending all my my friends to do the same. They are worse then paypal, which is saying something.
