I`ve heard that this exchanger not bad, but I have some doubts. Right now I can`t tell you more, maybe other people will tell you something. Try to find any positive responses in internet. By the way I visited their site, looks nice, but as I`ve said i have doubts.

24h is not a long term, but it`s a lil` bit suspicious, cause every serious company has a good costumer`s support. I think you should wait and if they will not give you an answer, you probably lost your money. Anyway, I wish you luck!

btw maybe anyone know how instantgold.net and e-goldex.jp are doing at the moment?

I know that instantgold was known for unreliable service about 1-2 years ago. however I haven't found anything dating this year.

Concerning e-goldex.jp I came across the guy caliming that he entirely lost $100 a few days ago trying to exchange smth..

I bought via WesterUnion and i recieved it very very fast in my LibertyReserve account. I will buy in future from this exchanger. i bought 260$ and i recieved in my LR account 252,42$. Very good exchange rate. I think they should advertise their site more, and then users will buy from them without fear .
