Hey If we want to create a Offshore account first we have to choose a offshore company that you can work with . That Offshore companies are make possible to create offshore accounts and bank accounts .

You can open offshore bank accounts with many banks, you will just need to have the basic in place, like utility bill, reference letter and a cop of passport, if it is a business bank account you need, you will also need to have the corporated docs. in English and notarized.

I personally like the offshore llc (limited liability company) since it is much more hassle free compared to the ibc (international business company). You can be the sole manager and you do not have to mess around with logging minutes of a meeting and keeping track of secretary and treasurer and all that crap. But be sure you do not get an llc that is domiciled in the United States. Instead choose one that is in a privacy protected jurisdiction.

So let me get this straight...

You want to 'open and run a business', but not do any of the standard things associated with running a business, as it's 'all that crap'?

I guess then, the assumption that 'the business' is purely a front for illegal and/or fraudulent purposes is pretty spot on...

Those are only "standard things associated with running a business" in your experience, I guess. Those things have little to do with business. Business is making money.

Shuffling papers around into labeled folders, keeping logbooks tidy and filing mandatory accounts with government offices of the Ministry of Meddling to keep bureaucrats off your back is not business.
