From my experience neobux is not a scam because if you think logic neobux is one of the most slowly ptc to earn big money than other ptc...and I already get $4.00 instantly after I request my money although it's a small earn but they really pay me...neobux is one of the fully security site so think about it...

Neobux is not a scam itself but the strategy that the admin is using is somehow a scam. Let me explain this. I used to have an account with them because I've heard that it may be profitable. After few months, I realized that it took me exactly a year to get back all my money that I initially invested even though I took guides on how to earn even more. So yeah, it's a psychological game that the admin is playing and it seems paying him off.
