Here is the true thing:

They ARE not Scam, They do pay instantly if you meet the minimum payout. But DONT EVER invest at Neobux... Coz investing will just bring you profits Down. I have experienced it myself. IF you can get lot of DIRECT referrals then, I would say NEOBUX is the best PTC site. DOnt buy too many rented referrals , this will also bring your average down.
BUt, Still it is the Longest Alive PTC site.

ussually the higher status ( Upgrade member ) they can withdraw faster than standart member.
