i requested 2 withdrawls and only one of them have been credited to my account although both on my account on your program is marked "has been process". please help.

just a question and maybe it's because i don't have enough funds in my account, but why can't i reinvest using my balance instead of having to withdraw the money each time and then reinvesting? thanks again and keep up the good work.
