Apart from the many projects that we are currently developing, we are also considering a joint venture project with an existing debit card provider who has successfully issued over 300,000 debit cards over the last three years. This card program would be managed by the developer and offered for purchase by Flex Advertising and Responsive Campaigns, Inc, providing the reliability of an established card provider while providing us with the opportunity to further build our brand.

How much do I earn as a Surf Response member?
You will earn 8% per day for 16 days, provided you review the series of advertisements in our surf bar. Every day that you do, your daily return will be added to your account balance.
Upgrades are accepted in increments of $10.00, and you can upgrade to a maximum of $5,000.00 unless personally approved by an administrator.
This means that if you have an account level of $100.00, you will earn $128.00 by the time your upgrade expires.
How am I paid?
You can choose to receive payment via Liberty Reserve, Altergold and e-gold with additional payment options available in early fall including Paypal, check, Western Union and possibly AlertPay (we are running a poll to determine whether it's a suitable option).
What happens after my upgrade expires?
Once your account has reached 128%, your account will revert back to a free member where you can choose to upgrade again, if you wish. Free members can not participate in our affiliate program or generate revenue by viewing advertisements, however they can accumilate ad credits that will enable them to promote their websites and blogs throughout our advertising center.
How often can I request payment?
You can request payment as many times as you wish provided your account balance has at least $5.00 (balance of $10 is required if your level is $10, the starter package).
How many websites do I need to surf before receiving my credit?
The number of required ad views is dependant on your account level. Members with a higher account upgrade are required to view less websites in order to receive their cash.
Here is a breakdown of the different levels:
Start Up Member: $10.00 - $50.00 account level | Must surf 15 websites on a 15 second timer.
Advertisers Campaign Member: $50.00 - $100.00 | Must surf 12 websites on a 15 second timer.
Joint Venture Advertising Members: $100.00 - $500.00 | Must surf 10 websites on a 10 second timer.
Sponsor Members: $500.00 and up | Must surf only 8 sites on a 15 second timer.
Is Surf Response an Investment Opportunity?
No. Surf Response does not accept investments. Quite simply, you are paying for the opportunity to advertise within our system and for membership into our Developer Program, an area within our members center available only to upgraded members that contains tools, resources and downloads that will help you make more money online outside of the Surf Response program.
SurfResponse.com features a flexible and lucrative income opportunity based on a customized profit share model, but with a minimum daily payout. This works well for both our company by providing us with the ability to generate external revenue by acquiring existing online businesses, short term, high yielding offers, collaborating on joint network projects, pooled purchases with established developers, and developing our own projects that will continue to be added to our network for continued advancement.
This works well for our members by offering them with the assurance and certainty that they will be able to generate a return on their ad pack purchases within a reasonable time frame, rather than their ad pack rebate payouts taking a lengthy course of time to yield results.
With traditional profit share programs, the company is the primary beneficiary by being able to adjust the daily percentages whenever desired, while members are stuck waiting for their cash balances to reach the typically high minimum payout requirements. At times, their online balances fail to reach the minimum before the program itself is forced to close. This places the risk entirely on the member, rather than focusing on developing a plan that is both feasible for the company and its community of advertisers.
We have managed to remove this restriction while still adding stability and increased productivity to our program by fixing the payout rate to a reasonable payment structure that is both feasible to our members and supportive of our business plan.
