ok. I don't know this Chris Hogan guy nor do I care, but Nobody, you sent $30k worth of laptops without getting paid? Paypal is not accused of being a scam by 1000's of people and manages to pay 1000's or millions of people everyday! PICPAY pays...well...only those (merchants) who complain enough and even then it takes a hell of a lot longer than 3 days (if ever!). I don't care who the payment processor is. You should never have sent out $30k worth of product before you received a penny. You obviously stopped trusting PICPAY for one reason or another because you haven't sent out the entire $70K worth of products, so WHY are you defending it? Actually, you don't need to answer that question. You have got to be shitting bricks about losing all that money right now. If I had that much at risk I would try to do as much as I could to cut my losses as well.

Nobody, I'm sorry to say it but don't hold your breath waiting for PICPAY to have mercy on you for your patience.

I now understand why people are still interested in buying picpay. If I see a laptop for $2k on line, and they accept Picpay, I could just find a picpay victim and offer them 10% of their picpay value. Then, I can go buy my nice new laptop from Nobody (Remember, no body, no crime!LOL) and I only had to pay 10% and Bryan gets a little more time to hang on.

Well, if you sell anything on EBay.... 90% of the time people want to pay
by Paypal.
Paypal screw me over by saying your money is as good as CASH.
2 days pending to complete from paypal.....12K
so I ship the laptop.

2 weeks later they email ....stolen credit card....we are going to reverse
and charge back to your account... and service see $35
12K reversal....what the hell...

Why don't they check for stolen credit card before going from pending to complete.
I sell laptops and my friend sell baseball cards....he does about 200K /month.
from ebay he has the same problem as me only more....$35K

Paypal should check for stolen credit before going form pending to complete.
3 days. (But report back in 2 weeks as stolen credit)

It happens twice.... 5K and 12K ...so I stop using paypal.
I was one of the oringinal seller on EBAY when posting was FREE.
(Good old days Money order and check)
I stop doing ebay and paypal since they are the same company now.

AND YES....they are class ACTION LAW suite against PAYPAL.
How do I know, because my friend is in it.

But I'm not in it.... because I was raised....

If they cheat me on purposely... then they will get hit by lightening.

So now I sell laptp on newsgroup....and local....
someone recommend me using...picpay

I ship it out because I trust more picpay and paypal....
because picpay has checkbuyer policy.
I rather have slow payment then noting at all.

I believe in good nature on this world.
I received e-payment, I ship right away so that the customer can play with their new toys. And I will received payment by e-payment and everyone would be happy. But thing doesn't always goes as planned.
I ship out 30K, that's all the stock I have unitl I received payment from e-payment then I will stock more to ship out.

If picpay goes down..... like payal rip me off again...
I don't do business with them.

However, if they are pay out slowing, then I just tell me customer that.
If they want refund back....then I will do it.
I don't mind slow payment as long as it pays and they check for fault account.

HOWEVER, I don't make death threat to go in front of the line.

11 years boy smell smoke ...ran outside.... half of the house is burning.
The boy saw 6 mens wearing mask.....
The boy yell for help........
The men hold a sign "Chinese get of our country" and threw a bag of
"dog **** inside" at the boy.

I will and until I die ...I will never forget that bad nightmare.
CEO of adbitesmedia..... making that comment....is like those 6 men.

I worked 2 jobs 16 hours for 3 years crappy jobs to save enough money to open my computer business.
If picpay goes down...I would NEVER make stupid threat like Chirs Hogan CEO Adbites Media.
The last time I check making comment like that could make you go to jail.
(should go to the hospital to get help)

Even if picpay goes down, I will go back to my 2 jobs 16 hours warehouse...
BUT I rather have the police catch Chirs Hogan CEO Adbites Media for making that comment, then having police chasing picpay owner.

People life is more important..... then some money in merchant account.
(That's 70K may be small to some of you but that's mmy life saving....20 years)

AND YES< paypal 3 days withdrawal..... but they still screw me over.
When you sign paypal as business account. They require credit card.
Since the buyer used stolen credit card....they lost some money.
So they charge back to my credit card...... That's paypal fault for taking
stolen credit card.... why should I have to pay for their mistake.
This is before EBAY bought off paypal.

Like I says what comes around goes around.
I will wait just as other merchant in line.....
I would never cheat or say anything BAD just in get in front of the line.

p.s.
After 20 years of living here.... I thought those white supremist are over.
But I guess I was wrong....

I'm nobody side.
What I'm trying to say is that.
IF This world only has ONE police left.
I would rather have that police do checking on Chris as being white supremist and planning to burn people home down.

People life is more important then money (even that 70K of stock is my life saving)

What would you rather have...
one police on duty......giving parking ticket for parking
or chasing some murderer.

I remember 20 years ago.....when we came here a small town.
You can hear alot of people saying "they don't like different skin color"

My mother said...it's OK they only making comment nothing will happen.

A month later the house we live in it is gone.
Lucky I woke up on time and smell the smoke...otherise I wouldn't be here today.

now - if you truly were neutral from day 1, how come you haven't noticed that YOU HAVENT BEEN PAID? how come you're still neutral when you feel it in your wallet that the system doesn't work?

Yeah...I never even once get pay by picpay yet.

I'm nobody side.

I didn't say that I like being waited this long.
But I didn't like Chris Tone.
I just don't like his tone.... making those comments.

If he make those comments to his local bank, paypal, or any stores...etc
I think they would call police on the spot.
Doesn't matter the bank does pay you or not.
Even if it a public form....or a joke....
You should never make comment like
"I'm going to your house and r*p* your wife if you don't pay me now.

That's very unprofessioinal as a CEO, of any company.
Chris is a CEO of a multi million dollar company

I hate being waited this long, but I don't make threat comments.
I haven't received one payment yet from picpay when someone told
me to use picpay to pay for the laptop.
Normally, I would do money order and paypal...but stop using that e-paypal.

Maybe, I'm easy going...maybe alot of people take advantages of me and my business..... but that's how I was raised.

Some people go to a restaurant and eat.

If they found a hair in their food....
They would call the police and sue the restaurant for 1000's of dollar.
(I was at burger King one time when I saw that happen.....)

As for me.
I would pay and leave the restaurant, never eat there again.
YEAH.... I even pay.
It happes about 4 times in my life time.... hair in my food.

Some of you may think I'm being stupid or too nice to pay food that contain hair in my plate...... but that's just me.
I pay ... tell the manger and leave.

I'm very easy going....
except when it comes to making threat.... comment that is uncall for.

Now, back to business. Are you telling us that your entire business is actually on hold because you are waiting for Marsden to pay you? I would like to know what country you are from. I don't believe you are Asian and I have a strong feeling that your whole accent thing is fake. Your mistakes do not follow those of Asian speakers. The adbites guy MIGHT be bad (if he ACTUALLY made those comments), but he is nowhere near as bad as Marsden.

If Marsden NEVER pays you, what will happen to you? Will you lose your home? Will you have to work crappy jobs for a few years to get your business going again? Will your company go under? If so, then Bryan is JUST LIKE the guys who "burned down your house and threw dog **** at you." You (and/or many others) will have to get new homes or have a much tougher life because of ONE man, not 6 with a sign in front of your house. At least you knew EXACTLY where the people in front of your house stood. Whereas Marsden just lies and lies and lies to 100's of 1000's or people every week (sometimes straight to their faces!). Personally, I'd rather know the guy next door is a racist than keep finding burning crosses on the lawn and have to wonder who it was.

NoBody, iv learned very quickly in this forum.. If your on nobodys side they treat you as though your a pips lover. I am also like you, easy going but i cant stand it when people treat other people so badly, and in here just because you dont share the same ideas as the anti's!

I was also on no-bodys side but being treated like **** on the forum just because i would not join the cult of the anti-pips has made be bias towards pips now and i am supporting them.

Probarly none of these people in this thread that are mocking you have run succesful businesses, because you made the choice to trust some people you get mocked and shamed, because you are a good natured person they shun you. This place is a joke.. They have their opinion and if you dont agree with it then you get abused.. you cant have your own opinion in here!

You will be suprised about paypal, a little while ago there was a huge lawsuit and partition from literally thousands of people claiming PP stole their money, Myself and my business partner at the time were a victim to the tune of just over $6000. They froze our account and we havnt seen the money since all because one of our customers bought software using a stolen credit card!

PayPal didnt even have the deceny to contact us or request information from us, they just froze our accounts and that was that. Still havn't seen a cent of that money and its nearly 3 years on!

first, I am having trouble believing Nobody. I am sorry. I have good reason to believe he is not even asian. I teach English to Asians and I know the grammar mistake patterns and other mistakes they make that Nobody is not making. I also have a hard time believing that someone who runs a successful business has no trouble sending 30k worth of merchandise without cash in hand. If he really had trouble with some racists wouldn't he have TROUBLE trusting people rather than vice versa?

Second, paypal probably does have the occasional payment problem that doesn't get resolved but Picpay doesn't EVER pay on time and pays mostly those who scream the loudest. Sure they are paying now (who knows for how long?) but if their record has anything to prove it's that they will eventually stop. They have already started giving excuses that can't be right, over and over, just ask ANY merchant who has tried to get their money after delays that were never mentioned.
