If you're our customers and having any problems, please contact us to resolve the problems , don't make your posts become tools for the attackers

NVH, I liked the way how you give me support since hosting of my site at your servers but you must understand that you need to reply to your clients immediately to stop panic. If you will not reply to clients definitely they will come here and post.

I know you are busy in solving problem but if you give 100% support as per normal to your clients i.e. replying to their support tickets immediately then this thread will become your business partner instead of business competitor.

I just received your support ticket reply and now I am a little bit relax but earlier I was worried.

So keep replying to your clients no matter you are 10 hours late in solving your problems but that will stop panic and transfer of your clients to other hosts.
