I have not been able to access my new LR account because I was not provided a Login PIN. (I was provided a Master Key #). Over the last several days, I have sent numerous emails to LR Customer Support requesting a remedy to my login problem. TO DATE, I HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE!!! Any constructive ideas are welcomed.
This happened to my friend and he contacted the live chat support, they sent to him an email with details immediately. Dont use emails, they take so long to respond.

Just to update. Yesterday, I did a Live Chat with a LR operator. I gave him all my account information and he assured me that I would receive a Login PIN reset w/i the next 12 hours. Then, today (more than 12 hours later) I did another Live Chat because I had not received same. I was told, yet again, that it would take up to 12 hours for me to receive a new Login PIN. I find the LR customer service to be terrible, to say the least. Over the last 4 days, I have written them emails and have done 2 Live Chats and have not received a single email response - not even to say "We're working on your problem". The Live Chat operators are only a conduit. The real problem solvers at LR appear to be the support and security departments who have no accountability.
I'm still lost when I create LR account I choose my own password, master key, personal Q & A plus welcome message.
They haven't changed this have they?
definitely not, he simply lost it or is not retained after registration, because LR do not send data on email.
Also, their supports take to response about 3-4 days for me
