My upgrade expired on October 13, so I waited until the 15th before filling out the “Contact Us” form to let the Admin know that I had not been paid. I received emails that all payments were completed for the 13th, 14th and 15th, but I had not been paid. No response from the Admin.
On October 16, I received two automatic emails from Coinsurf saying that my contact details were requested by IP address 87.107.117.34. My IP starts with a 74, and this will obviously not me. A few minutes later, I get two more emails telling me that I had been paid to AlertPay from my expired upgrade. However, I had no email from AlertPay, which always tells me when money is deposited to my account. When I checked my Coinsurf History, the money had been paid to another AlertPay account, not to mine. I checked my Personal page, and the AlertPay address had been changed.
It was obvious that this person had hacked into a backdoor of the surf and requested my account details, then changed the payment processor payout information. This all happened within minutes, which seems to indicate that, perhaps even the delay in payment was caused by an interception of data by the hacker. I immediately changed the password and the payout information in my Coinsurf account.
I contacted AlertPay, who were unable to do anything because the payment was made by CoinSurf to the incorrect account. I have been contacting CoinSurf for the last week, and I have had only a one sentence response from the Admin saying they will look at the account history. I have emailed them the information on the hacker, who, by the way, is in Tehran, Iran, and has a history of using definition password crackers to break into accounts. PM me if you want the details on that. Again, no response from the Admin.
I have tried to call the number they list for support. My Skype says it is a non-working number. I have given the Admin my private number, and I have received no calls.
My concern is that this is going to happen to others. I am telling this tale to warn you that your Coinsurf Account is not secure. This was not a hack to my computer, as I have run multiple scans and consulted a professional and my computer is secure. Coinsurf is the only account that has been compromised, so the issue is their security.
My advice for Coinsurf members is to check your payment processor information in your back office. Also, I have asked the Admin to secure the site by using IP access restriction, but, again, no response. I have also asked the Admin to not allow changes to the payment processor information once the member is registered, unless they contact the Admin directly, and, again, no response.
I have one more upgrade expiring. I am going to keep an eye on it, but, if the hacking process is automated, there may not be much I can do. However, the Admin should be doing something, and he is not. Therefore, I would not recommend upgrading with Coinsurf until they respond to those who have not been paid.
This is a volatile industry, and we need to take the bad with the good. I hope this helps other members to avoid problems.

Thank you for the detailed post. I had to go and check my account to see if it is being altered. Luckily, it is still intact. But anyway, I am just a small player.
I understand just how you feel. Recently I just had my LIberty Reserve account hacked. I really have no idea on how he/she did it, but I felt so depressed.
I thanked you for the warning. This should become a reminder to everyone here that nothing is safe in this internet world.
