Alienc2, you are obviously the same person as Alienc on MoneyMakerGroup Forum. As I told you on there: there is no problem surfing the site. The problem is getting paid after your upgrade expires. We have no choice to post "wrong appreciations" (whatever that is) because we cannot discuss anything with the Admin because the Admin IGNORES our emails and support requests. I would love to "discuss with admin" because I would like to know why he hasn't sent a dispute to AlertPay regarding payment to the wrong AlertPay account of my earnings!
I'm happy you and others have been paid, and I wish there was consistency in those payments, and that they were not selective. There is obviously something wrong if only SOME people are getting paid. Many people are afraid to post something because they fear that the non-communicating Admin will simply decide not to pay them.
Yes, I can guarantee that I used every security measure possible to see that my account was secure. My computer is secure, but I have doubts about the Coinsurf site. Allowing the change of payment processor automatically on the site and having no IP restrictor is poor site security. Also, I got a message saying "Transaction Information Invalid" when I was returned to the Coinsurf site when upgrading. I thought it was a glitch, since my information was intact and the upgrade was in their hands, but this may be a sign that the hacker has infiltrated their script.
And, further, I have now learned that the there is a real Coinsurf member who has also not been paid whose name is the same as the hacker used to set up his AlertPay account into which he received my funds.
I am not the only one not being paid. And, as for how much everyone invests, I am sure that is a personal financial decision, of which you are not informed.
The Admin has not responded to over 20 support tickets and emails, and has made no appearance in any forum to explain or fix the problem. Try calling them...the phone number posted on the site is an invalid number.
Hopefully, this really was the work of a hacker and the Admin will find a way to secure the site and robotic script that makes payments, and perhaps fix my account as well as make payment to others owed. The other alternative, that this is an inside job, is just too nasty to think about.
My interest is in preventing unknowing people from putting money into programs that pose the greatest risk. Those who are afraid to hear the negative truth could possibly be Coinsurf staff members or have a stake in getting more referrals to increase their profits. I am concerned about the little guy who is getting raked here.
I will post positively when I see payment to my account and hear some reasonable explanation from the Admin. And, I am happily "civilized," as I address all my emails to the "Dear Admin."

ummm....i've got paid yesterday...
only $34....and receive for about 2 hours from my upgrade packs expired.
3 days ago i've tried to contact customer support and their reply is very fast too, the customer support name is maria.
are there none of the big investor getting paid by coinsurf?
it's just a ploy sсammer, he has always done so.
If you deposit a large sum you will be the problem immediately, or your account will visit the "hacker" or whether they ask that will need to do additional deposit or or or but you never get your money.
I had a flash of inspiration and re-read an email that admin sent out to all and sundry a few days ago. It stated:
Quote:
“Also as you know e-gold payments are suspended because of e-gold site problem.”
That would explain why my E-Gold payments had not been made. CoinSurf have not had their E-Gold account verified yet.
My Cash Balance stood at $429 with no chance of a payment in the foreseeable future. So rather than having the money sit around doing nothing my flash of inspiration was to contact admin and ask if I could upgrade again with that amount. Within 6 hours I had an email back informing me that my upgrade had been made.
It expires on the 4th November 2008 and the balance will be $613.47. If there is still no payment via E-Gold I’ll send $612 of it round again. After 10 days that $612 will return $875.16 and put my Cash Balance at $876.63. Send $876 round again to return $1252.68.

If only smaller members are receiving payments then it is possible they are being paid from the funds of the `larger` investors.
Ah! But you don’t KNOW that.
I can take a good educated guess as to why I haven’t been paid. Until an E-Gold account has been verified with several ID documents you cannot spend from it. That’s a fact. I upgraded with E-Gold and thus I would be due to be paid out in E-Gold. But if CoinSurf’s E-Gold account has not been verified as required they cannot pay out. In spite of E-Gold’s claim that verification wouldn’t take too long, it is taking a long while. Even if only 10% of E-Gold account holders responded as required that will still be a lot of ID’s to deal with.
Could it be that all those claiming not to have been paid, the reason is that they upgraded with E-Gold?
CoinSurf admin could do with some lessons on customer relations but in their defence they will probably be undated with contact messages all asking why they haven’t been paid. Even though they sent an email to all members asking them not to keep sending messages asking the same question, many people will take no heed.
To get a clearer picture we need to know how much and in which payment processor people say that they have been paid and of course which payment processor for those who state that they haven’t been paid.
If you believe the not paid posts without any evidence then you also have to believe the paid posts. You can’t pick and choose to back up your own views on the issue.
Neither you or TalkgoldMen can unequivocally state that CoinSurf is a scam and neither can anyone else state that it isn’t. Surely most punters will be aware that making money on the Internet is nothing more than a gamble and that 99.9% of all programmes are, or end up as scams.
TalkgoldMen – would you like to supply some evidence to back up your claim that CoinSurf are:
The same people who launched,
onlinesurfs.com
goldsurfs.com
Surfing4dollar
futuresurfs.com
