They did not answer it yet.

Have you tried to email them at the address: myturn4bux@gmail.com? I didn't know about this address since when I sent an email I used the 'contact us' link. Maybe you will have some luck getting in touch with the gmail email address. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for your situation.

I used to, but since the only answer they did was a return from the ticket system (Contact US), I concentrate my requests on it.

This was the first and only one payment I did to MT4B.

Initially I tried to do with my credit card but my bank denied the transaction; then I used STP as anyone can see above.
From there on, I just reinvest (and withdraw sometimes) to get to $9050.00 invested in the bonus plan.
When I was prevented to access my account I had about $386.00 in my account balance and would receive about $1000.00 of interest from my investment in the bonus plan.
That was several days ago...

Yes, hardly, making a lot of effort, but I was receiving about two payments per week.

Suddenly, my account was suspended - I can not log in, just receive a message telling that - and nobody told me why.
