Is anyone else having problems withdrawing money from myturn4bux?

I joined at the "bonus plan" level for $351, and have been earning money everyday.

However, I can NOT withdraw any of my money.

Whenever I submit a request to withdraw money, I get a "pending withdraw" notice for a day or two, then my money just goes back into my balance.

I have no idea what is wrong.

I am requesting money within the limits ($100 - $200), and I have an Alertpay and Liberty Reserve account listed in my profile.

My balance is now up to over $300, but I cannot withdraw it.

Any advice?

I have tried to withdraw money 5 times now, and no withdraws have ever went through.

I am requesting money within the daily limits ($100 - $200), and I have an Alertpay account as well as a Liberty Reserve account listed.

My balance is now over $300, but I cannot take ANY of it out.

Does anyone have any advice for me?

Admin has sent an email out explaining to use STP for your withdrawals. That should solve the problem.

that is not true also...

before i got suspended.. i was requesting that via STP for almost a week everyday.

I received a payment to my STP account ($200) yesterday, Saturday. I also received a payment to my alternate Alertpay account ($200) today, Sunday. It seems that they are trying to get caught up, and have promised to continue with more and faster payments after they complete the work on the website. I was concerned that they were trying to run, but now after reading the emails posted on various sites I feel they are having valid website problems.

All we can do at this point is be patient. Time will tell.

And for clarification... I am not getting impatient... just trying to figure out what's going on.

I haven't had a successful withdraw yet... just figured I might get some pointers in here.

For you guys/girls that are getting paid regularly ... are you adding anything in the comments box when requesting a withdraw?

Also, how are you getting paid with an STP account? I don't even see that they offer that as a payment processor in the back office.

Be sure to put 2 payment processors in your comment box. This is what I put in my comment box:

STP: XXXXXXXXX

Alertpay: XXXXXX@xxxxx.com

I have gotten paid to STP every time except yesterday. Yesterday, they sent it to my Alertpay account.

When I joined STP was not a choice. I paid with a credit card. They pay you by what you put in the comment box, not by the method you joined.

I don't think anyone is getting regular payments because of the problems they are having with the website. I had missed payments for almost a week because my withdrawals were sent to pending for a day or two, then returned to my account.

I had just about given up on the program until I received a couple of payments this weekend. Also, I feel hopeful because they are providing communication via email now. Before, they were unresponsive.

The emails have said that they are working on the server, and also addressing the issue with the glitch that has been returning withdrawals back to accounts. This should be completed this week. Hopefully things will be back to normal in a couple of days.

I hope you receive your payments. Please post here and let us know whether or not you receive them.

I made a deposit to myturn4bux for 132 via liberty reserve on the 10th. Not only does it not show up on deposits, but they havent responded to email with batch number and username info. is this common¿¿

Yes, until last week it was common for the admin to be unresponsive. Last week they started sending emails to let everyone know the situation. Have you emailed them since they started making email contact?

If you are sure that you provided all the needed info in your email (your name, your username, batch# etc...), I feel that you have no other recourse than to contact LR. They have sent emails with info that they are working on the website and making corrections to glitches that have caused withdrawals to be returned to accounts. They also stated that they get over 200 emails an hour. If all pertinent info is not included in the email, you will not receive an answer.

They also say they will delete your account if you contact payment processors. But if you have tried everything and can't get a response, I don't think you have any other choice. Maybe someone else knows a better solution to this problem? If so, please post here.
