TALKGOLD has been around for what?? 6 years or so. They have placed Pana in the hyip folder for a reason. They know after many years of experience.
It is not difficult to run a hyip longer than others when it has a 180 day. Put in $100 and get paid back 2.2%. Mean while other players put in even more. Thus the hyip is able to stay ahead of the ponzi longer before having to close for lack of funds.
Pana license is not a license to sell securities. Paying interest to someone on their money IS a security. Their license is with Panama's commerce. Not with a security regulator.

If you check http://www.talkgold.com/ad.html you will see that a sticky thread costs 1.8k per month in hyip folder and there are at least 100 people reading these threads at the same time wich means thousands of potential investors will see their company per month. Sticky thread in Forex folder is much cheaper as around 15 people read it at the same time. The forum is investment related and it's obvious their advertising department preferred bigger amount of potential clients in hyip folder to a few potential clients in forex folder.

What secutities are you talking about? Panamoney does not sell any securities! Also according to Panamanian SEC a company should not have any license to trade on Forex! They have a licence that allows them to manage the funds of their clients and it's a licensed activity in Panama so they have a licence for it.

So Panamoney is fully legal company and it's allowed to operate according to the laws of Panama. If you are not allowed to invest according to your national law - just do not invest there. Of course panamoney is not hyip. It's discussed all over forex-related forums and it's obvious.

Yes.. I have a very little experience here. I am not HYIP user . I trade with eToro and marketiva. Pana was referred by some friends on marketiva. Therefore I surprised when I saw one here. Check thread starter.. It was not even Pana's people who started this thread.

I opened an account here, only because I saw some stupid comments like yours. Fairy tales? This is my tales, and it is not even fairy. At least, as I am looking at YOUR ads, this is not even fairy. As far as your HYIP ad goes, this is stupid investment. Look at those.. 160% after 15 days? geniusfunds even has fixed income bigger than mine. But this is reality. For hyipnewbies: panamoney was a great hyip for many investors,but now it isn't great any more. It's a very old and risky hyip for you. Do you know what it will happen next? No doubt it will scam all investors in the end.
