I contacted the live support and verified they are having SP API technical issue that is being worked on. They say hopefully in 24 hours it will be solved but until then payments can be converted to AlertPay so that is what I am going to do. For anyone needing to do the same, email finance@panamoney.net and request payment by AP for your pending SP cashout. Also make sure your AP account # is listed in your profile on the panamoney website.

I did contact support yesterday when my payout was not arrived and I felt something was wrong but the support person did not mention the SP API issue then. Today they did.
