In response to post # 8321: I wrote post #8320 but did not post it in this forum. I do not need to stay anonymous, I will gladly send my account info to admin if they wish to see proof of anything I wrote. I don't have time to send it out to everyone who would like to see my information. I did not say that Panamoney scammed me because I too have always thought they were legitimate up to this point. I still hope they will correct this problem and prove themselves to be legitimate.
As to hackers getting into my computer, I have had no other problems with other accounts. Panamoney was the only thing effected and the information they used to change all my account information was NOT in my computer. Panamoney was the only one that had that info.
Live support is not available after hours and on weekends. This all was initiated on a Friday and completed in less than 24hrs. Their terms of service say they do not do withdrawals on weekends. However, it is now their policy that they can do EARLY withdrawals on weekends. However, if you are blocked out of your account, you cannot reach them to let them know something is wrong.
My account was in profit and therefore there was no money to withdrawal!! So, why would they put through an early withdrawal request? It gave them the right to confiscate all my earnings I had accumulated for the past year! They say early withdrawals are irreversible therefore they act like they can-
not do anything. They are the ones in charge and they are the ones that have my money. They could make this right if they wanted to.
My letter was to give others a heads up. Wish someone would have done that for me! I have since heard of others having it happen to them too.
If you want to continue to go around with your eyes shut and hoping all is well and good, don't be surprised when you open them and find them both blackened!
