how much is 'good traffic' and what kind of traffic is it I think that is the question? Adsense is pennies per hundreds of visitors. unless your geting tons of traffic adsense will not pay your bills.

I agree. Google Adsense is very stable to earn money there and I already have $26 there. Hmmmmm.....but there are other ways like Clickbank and other CPA type ads.
