have signed up 3 Ba's to than assist those by placing them under them.
So the thanking should go to Mr. Ellison not some fast paced team.
Giving away your commissions is not a duplicatible or good idea.
It comes across as desperate.
Globalcash, of course, the designers of the TriVita comp plan deserve thanks for devising a plan that indeeds benefits placing new members under your original 3 BAs, but I know of several "leaders" who don't do that and just keep enrolling and enrolling, with no support given to their members. Thus, choosing who you go with as a sponsor, or a team above you, is not hype, but good sense.
One of the reasons we are so enthusiastic about the Team Build is the environment in which we get to work together and the tools we can create and maintain as a team that would be more difficult individually.
A team attracts those who are cooperative and willing to help each other, rather than the aforementioned greedy sponsor types out to only benefit themselves. Giving away money is not at all desperate, but indeed generous and a long term benefit to all those involved. I would have it no other way.

You're correct that hype should not be a part of the process! However, headoffice definitely keeps a check on the hype getting out of hand. I just ordered a bunch of customers a few weeks ago and someone from head office called me BEFORE they processed my order make sure I understood how the program worked and to make sure no one was making outrageous claims about how much money I could be making.
TriVita already has the most exciting business model in Cooperative Marketing. They already have some of the best products on the market. And they already have the best customer service I have seen. But they are not just standing pat. They are continually making things even better!
If you are looking for a great team we have a teambuild over at another forum that is full of excited people who love to help each other with their businesses. If you have been in or are in ANY monthly fee program and have experienced trouble with dropouts then LOOK SERIOUSLY AT TRIVITA AND OUR TEAM BUILD. People just do not drop out when they have customers under them. This is not a get rich quick scheme but it is the best business model I have ever come across!
Yes then your saying the company promo material is flawed than if you have better answers than the company.
I agree some sponsors simply are idiots and didn't understand that with 3 wide is all you need.
Having run a business on and offline for over a decade you need to be profitable with in a short time frame or else the enthusiasim goes away especially if your using this to pay your bills.
It is no benefit all to you the sponsor to go any further than 3.
Trivita opportunity is a unique one and has many good points.

TriVita provides some of the best materials available from any company and the best plan that I've experienced.
The tools our team maintains are different than what the company provides: the team forum where we freely share marketing ideas, the team lead capture page and the team support which is displayed in so many other ways.
Our team design has full company approval. In fact, many other leaders are looking at doing similar things since Denise was featured at the TriVita Galaxy of Stars event recently. That's good enough for me.

If I had a leader in any arena,be it Coop Mktng,MLM, leading the free world....I would be worried if that leader was so rigid that they never looked anywhere else for new ideas and ways of doing things. Just because you are a leader doesn't mean you can't adopt new tactics that have been proven to work for other people!! :-)

I totally agree with you! Leaders should always be growing and learning and improving their leadership skills. Leaders continually think, and think big I might add! One of the best assets a leader can have is a postive attitude!
Absolutely, Shelly! I love the B12 line and even get it for my stressed out daughter.
The infusion of B12 vitamins over several months is what I credit with the nerves in my wrist healing from carpal tunnel syndrome without surgery, so it is a keeper at my house.
