The reason TriVita has not been categorized as MLM is that the Business Affiliates are not primarily Direct Sellers nor are they required to sell products to make money. Trivita sells the products and we cooperate in the cost of advertising and thus gain the rights to a portion of the profits from those sales.

We are not prohibited from selling the products by referring people to TriVita but we do not stock or sell directly any product.

Furthermore, the compensation plan does not depend on the Business Affiliates under you buying product or selling product or continuing to remain in the business. Which is where most MLM's fall down.

The compensation plan does not define TriVita as MLM.

Like I said, I don't have anything against MLM. If TriVita were to shift into that method of sales, I wouldn't have a problem with it. (I'm not really sure what the new "Share-and-Earn" program with the Sonoran Bloom line will entail) But, I want to be accurate in describing this fabulous opportunity and every conference call I listen to continues to say, Trivita is not MLM.

I have looked at the ingredients of some of the Trivita products and I was really suprised at what they have put in health products.

Maybe Trivita might be good at the map program but not sure about the products.

Care to be specific? What products? What ingredients?

No offense but not going to trust the companies words on test and studies if you can provide proof of these outside of company literature I am sure many would appreciate your claims.

No, it is not a forced matrix.

Our team's build concept is 3x3x25...each person commits buy a minimum of 25 customers and to bring in 3 others who do the same. This causes a sharing concept, you can max out in the compensation plan by just having 3 business affiliates directly under you in the matrix. When you bring additional people in the business you can place them further down in the matrix as you wish to help others grow their business as you grow yours as well.

On the other hand, you can keep everyone you introduce into the business and all of your customers on your first tier if that is your preference.

Early this morning when i checked my backoffice i noticed that another one of my customers has re-ordered.
I came in at the basic pack with only 5 customers and they keep on buying from the company, i guess their advertising really works.

I can't imagine how would my backoffice look if i had 50, 80 or over 100 customers, it would be amazing.
