So I decided to buy the anonymous offshore cards(2 for $1000) from Allan. Once I got the cards I sent him a wu off $5765, it was picked up next day. Then he tells me for a week it will be loaded every day and now he says some bank has my money and gives me a number(which is non working ofcourse). Now he claims he is not responsible and only sold me cards(ya ok scammer). This guy is not to be trusted stay away!!!!! At the very least he is a greedy ******* who does not verify who he sells **** for, at the most he is part of the scam.

Now for the truth....

We only sold him a card yes, but we do not fund the accounts or accept the western unions -- they are funded by the card issuer.We learned today why his card is still not activated. The card issuer believes it is a fake passport scan and utility bill for the card sent to you from Panama . The card issuer has to certify to the issuing bank in Belize that the they have real data of each person that has a card, even though that customer data is not printed on the card or recorded on the magnetic strip.

To whoever you are, the funds are safe and are being held by the bank in Belize, however until the we receive the notarized passport and original utility bill for you, the card cannot be activated. You can try sending a scanned copy of the notarized passport and proof of address first and we will see if that is accepted. However, I think they will want the originals.

Our cards and products are meant to allow clients to access funds confidentially and anonymously, they are not intended to be used for criminal proceeds or illegal scams. The KYC, or "know your client" policy of our firm is an essential part of our business and while we have never been asked to reveal the identities of our clients, we must have complete and accurate information held by our attorney "offshore".

If you documents are not fake then sending in the notarized copies and original proof of address will clear it up. If everthing is "up and up" then your card will be activated and your funds loaded.

You played this same game with WM-Center posting they owe you 27k or so which they do not -- but I guess when your moving stolen/hacked funds and running western union scams this is how you operate.

I know who people are going to believe and it is not a known Talkgold scammer-swindler like you -- we have a solid reputation and have for years. You bought the cards and we shipped them to you -- it is your fault from trying to run scams with them and giving fake information.

Oh ya by the way I just called provident banks 1800 number up and asked them if I need to send in notarized docs, they didn't know what I was talking about, they asked if I wanted to activate my card I said yes and then I asked if it had any money on it and they said no, no one has loaded it. If any admin wants to verify my statement please pm me I will gladly give you the card info so you can call yourself and ban this ******* once and for all. The truth should set you free allan, lying will only prolong the obvious.

This is one of the employees of the card issuer you idiot. You did not send a Western Union to me, you sent it to the card issuer as we only sell the cards.

If the card issuer was a scam you would see their name everywhere as they have been using the same Panama bank account and WU data for at least 3-6 months.

All your BS and crying here will not get you your funds as we do not receive them or load.

Send the card issuer the notarized ID "Mike King" for your the name and address you provided and the funds will be loaded and the card activated.
