Should have read the terms, just received quick reply from support.

If your getting message to withdraw at 100 it means that you a free member, in terms and faq free members can not cash out, Since this only applies to plan 1, a simple upgrade is all that is needed to correct this, I will not make exceptions as members must keep up with their aco**** and since balance is added after surfing in the dialy plan ther is no reason to not keep up with it.
