Hmmm...what processor are you in buddy?
I noticed the amounts are in cents.
If you used AP or STP, it would naturally go to pending and will be processed only until the time it has accumulated to $1 or over.
Its not SurfPal's jurisdiction to restrict payments below a dollar.
FYI, AP,STP,SP all have a minimum $1.00 transfer rate.
But if youre in LR...better send a support ticket.
