i can`t login no matter how many i tried. i use the right username, password and turing number but still failed. plz help bout it, not yet surf today

I am have this same issue today !

My user ID# 278 , i am useing the correct user name and password.
also when i click link to have my forgotten password sent to me. it tells me that my email is not found in data base. PLEASE FIX THIS.

Quick Update:

Some users had problems today when trying to login. At a quick look it seems that the script reset the passwords for a few members. I contacted the programmer regarding this matter and i'll be able to offer you a more in depth explication later today.

Meanwhile try to reset your passwords by clicking the "forgot password link".

I saw that some users got extremely anxious about this small bug and threatened me via e-mail with posting bad reviews and negative votes. I want to remind everyone that i'm merely a human being like any of you and i can't be online 24/7. Please allow us some time and this glitch will be fully fixed.

Hello Admin,

We have this issue of not getting in the site with our user and password as well. We requested a forgotten password and have not received it in any of our folders for a couple of days now. We also have sent support tickets unanswered. User NSM2 Please advise.

i have received my new password and have been able to log in, seems my email was not correct ether so wasnt receiving able to recieve those earllier.
